Welcome to WorkIntegrate! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WorkIntegrate website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Your Account
To use most of our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures.
3. Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. By submitting content, you grant WorkIntegrate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods.
Our Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services, others’ content in the Services, WorkIntegrate trademarks, logos and other brand features.
4. Subscription and Payment
Some of our Services are provided for a fee. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services you select. We may change our prices from time to time. If we change our prices, we will provide you with notice of the change on our website or in an email to you, at our option, at least 30 days before the change is to take effect.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including for a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you continue to be bound by Sections 3, 6, 7, and 8 of these Terms.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WorkIntegrate makes no warranties, either express or implied, about the Services. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will WorkIntegrate, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
