We are looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap and vision for our core HR platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, and our customers to build features that solve real-world problems.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
- Work with engineering and design to deliver high-quality features.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical background with experience in HR tech is a plus.
